8/6 Roster Owner‑Operator Gold Miner Permanent Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Underground Mobile Maintenance Superintendent to lead a high‑performing team at an owner‑operated gold operation. This is a key leadership role on an 8/6 roster, working in a hub‑and‑spoke maintenance environment with a central workshop supporting multiple satellite workshops across site. You’ll work back‑to‑back with another superintendent and report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
The Role
- Lead and develop a trades workforce responsible for the safe and reliable performance of an extensive Sandvik underground fleet, supported by Normet, CAT and Volvo equipment.
- Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, coaching, and proactive reporting of lead and lag indicators.
