Underground Construction Supervisor

Currently, Technica is seeking a self‑motivated and qualified individual to join our growing team as a Construction Supervisor. There is one open position available to support long‑term contract work in out‑of‑town locations across Ontario. We are actively looking to fill this role to support the continued success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily briefings with the subordinate crew and holding crews accountable for safety, housekeeping, teamwork, and professionalism on site.
• Maintaining and enforcing safe work conditions to ensure all work is in compliance with standards and procedures.
• Providing safety and technical support to the crews.
• Leading crew activities to effectively optimize the utilization of resources, manpower, tools, equipment, and parts toward the goal of optimal equipment availability.
