UI/UX Designer

About the role: We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience across our digital ecosystem and all consumer-facing web properties. This role bridges business requirements, user needs, and technical feasibility to deliver digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and implementation-ready.

Work Shift: Day Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO)

Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics review) to inform design decisions
