UGC Specialist – Risk & Security

About the job

We are looking for a data-driven UGC Specialist to govern content security and user-generated ecosystems for our international platform’s integrity. You will be responsible for protecting the platform by identifying risks, designing and implementing data-backed governance strategies, and ensuring all user content complies with legal, social, and community standards. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, policy enforcement, and cross-functional collaboration within the Risk & Security domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Governance & Moderation: Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content (UGC)—including reviews, ratings, and forum posts—to ensure compliance with content, community, and legal guidelines. Investigate and resolve user escalations related to policy-violating content.
