About the Role
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test objectives, and create test plans and test cases.
· Execute test cases, logging and analyzing of the results for each test case
· Identify, report and document defects from the testing to track for closure
· Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
· Function as a key point of contact for escalation on system issues reported and perform second level investigation
Skills/Requirement
· A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
· Top 3 mandatory skills
o Experience with UAT, digital product management is a plus.
