UAE National Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a UAE National Human Resources Executive to join our People team and support the delivery of strategic and operational HR services across the business. The role will focus on HR operations, employee relations, Emiratisation initiatives, recruitment coordination and HR policy administration, working closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners to ensure timely, compliant and customer‑centric HR solutions.

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer administration, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Drive Emiratisation programmes and initiatives by identifying talent pipelines, liaising with government bodies and education partners, and tracking national hire targets.
