TSYS Quality Analyst

Overview

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TSYS SME, especially for TSYS Green screens and cards domain QA.
• Create test strategies and test plans.
• Test case creation and execution, defect tracking. Develop, organize and manage integration test cases.
• Collaborate with clients, BAs and vendors to understand requirements.
• Functional understanding of TSYS TS2 modules (e.g., Credit Card Lifecycle, Disputes, Authorizations).
• Hands on experience on Mainframe testing, batch jobs and file validations.
• Work with test management tools like JIRA/ALM/TestRail
