We are looking for an individual who has proven Management experience leading a Truss Design Team. This well-established company needs an individual to mentor up and coming designers, as well as assist as needed in Design Activities.
Leading Experienced Designers is a MUST, as well as having good communication skills to effectively keep projects progressing on time with remote Designers.
Requirements:
- Mitek Software Experience is Mandatory
- Truss Design Experience is Mandatory
- Management of other Design Team Members is Mandatory
Duties:
- This position entails collaboration with Sales, Dispatch, Estimating, and Production Teams to ensure Designs are successful and properly delivered.
