Truck Driver

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position ofTruck Driver at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0.

The Truck Driver will operate a DZ class vehicle and ensure the transport of freight anywhere in Canada or the United States. The Truck Driver will utilize the overhead crane and forklift in the performance of their duties.

This position reports directly to the Shop Foreman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a DZ class vehicle in compliance with Highway Traffic Act and all company safety policies
• Perform daily pre-trip, en-route and post trip inspections of vehicle systems and report any defects
• Load, secure, and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (straps, tarps etc.) ensuring weight distribution meets safety standards
• Plan efficient routes using pre-installed hardware, Google maps, accounting for traffic, road restrictions, and weather conditions
