As a Trilingual Mutual Insurance Officer your responsibilities are:

• Manage and process mutuality-related claims and applications efficiently.


• Provide accurate and timely advice to clients regarding insurance policies.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in three languages.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.


• Support the department in achieving its operational goals.

A successful Trilingual Mutual Insurance Officer should have:

• Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.


• Knowledge of the insurance industry and mutuality-related processes (2 years of experience).<...
