Job Summary

Reporting to the Treatment Manager, you support the day‑to‑day treatment operations by leading, training, auditing, and supervising a team of skilled service providers, ensuring uncompromising standards of guest care, professionalism, and luxury. This role balances leadership and hands‑on service, with the Treatment Supervisor performing treatments within their trained modality approximately two days per week, while dedicating the remaining time to supervisory and operational responsibilities, or as required.
