About the Role
Join Harbour Light as a Treatment Program Assistant Manager focusing on men's substance use recovery. This temporary role is key for operations and staff support from July 2026.
In this non-union role, you will oversee critical treatment services for adult men, working alongside the Treatment Program Manager. Your leadership will ensure employee compliance and assist in enhancing the recovery journey in a supportive environment while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop program policies alongside the Treatment Program Manager
• Conduct staff meetings, including agenda and minute preparation
• Handle confidential client and employee documentation
• Assist with medication management and client care
• Supervise and train frontline staff as needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in related fields required
• Minimum three years of relevant experience necessary
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred
