A Treasury Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the treasury department in managing the company’s finances.
Cash Management:
- Assist in daily cash management, including monitoring and reporting of cash balances across various accounts.
- Help in cash flow forecasting and ensuring sufficient liquidity for the organization.
- Support in reconciling bank statements with company records.
- Investigate discrepancies and work with banks to resolve issues.
Treasury Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to cash flow, liquidity, and banking transactions.
- Track and report on debt and investment activities.
