HIRING: Treasury Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and transactions.
• Assist in managing liquidity to ensure there are sufficient funds for operations.
• Reconcile cash balances across various accounts.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Process wire transfers, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in managing the company’s banking portfolio and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
• Physically fit
• Good with customer service is an edge
• Detail-oriented, and good with customers
• All gender are welcome
• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• 18 years old and above
• High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
