About the Role

This role involves managing flight reservations, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and Zoom.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS
- Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets accurately
- Provide fare quotes and resolve booking issues efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
- Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes and special requests
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies
