Qualifications/Duties:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of experience
- PE
- PTOE
- Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS, or similar
- Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
- Roadway and highway design
- Traffic analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
