Transportation Coordinator

Job Description

IAA, an RB Global Inc. company, seeks a Transportation Coordinator to join our corporate team in the Greater Toronto Area. The role reports to the Senior Transportation Manager for Canada and supports continuous improvement, systems training, and compliance for the transportation process. The Coordinator ensures company policies are followed, collaborates with US and Canada departments, and performs duties assigned by the Transportation Manager.

The Transportation Coordinator will support administrative tasks related to our transportation services, including data entry into company systems, vendor management, sourcing new providers, and compliance.
