Shift: 14:00pm - 22:00pm

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our operations team in Andover. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is passionate about driving performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting team development.
The Transport Supervisor will provide compliant, efficient and profitable transport operations for the delivery networks, ensuring that hygiene, quality levels and performance standards are met, whilst promoting safe working practices.

Ensure all customer requirements (both internal and external) are satisfied on a daily basis.
Act as management interface with customers.
