Responsibilities
- Maintenance database updated daily and kept accurate.
- UN Fleet insurance claims processed and tracked when required.
- Maintenance invoices and supporting documents reviewed daily.
- Electronic Vehicle Monitoring (EVM) data monitored and controlled.
- Monthly maintenance report submitted within the first five working days of the following month.
- Remote‑location maintenance contract performance monitored.
- Road safety awareness campaigns implemented.
- Driving assessments conducted for mission personnel as required.
