Transformation Project Manager

The role ensures that the plan moves from strategy to disciplined execution, embedded into business routines, store practices, and management cadences. The role does not own strategy design, but owns execution clarity, progress tracking, escalation, and sustainability. This position operates at the centre of LMSAs transformation agenda, working transversally across functions and stores, with direct exposure to Exco and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Plan Execution & Operational Anchoring

• Apply and operate the Transformation execution framework across the business.
• Ensure strategic priorities are clearly reflected in key events or milestones, with identified pilots, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Ensure transformation is reflected in Store routines, Management rhythms and Cross-functional processes.
• Monitor how strategy is applied in day-to-day operations and management routines
