In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact business and technology transformation programs , working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will orchestrate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams, as well as external partners, to ensure initiatives are delivered seamlessly from opportunity identification and planning through execution and value realisation .

You will sit at the heart of the Transformation Office, driving progress across multiple workstreams, removing obstacles, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business impact, efficiency gains, and sustainable change .
