Transformation Program Manager

The Expansion Program Manager will be responsible for centre expansion across top cities, owning the end-to-end transformation process from site identification to centre launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end programme management and ownership of the transformation process from site to centre launch.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (e.G., Real Estate, Legal, Business Finance, Projects, City Teams, Talent Acquisition, Sales/Growth, and Audits) to programme-manage launch operations.
• Interface effectively with franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness, and presales.
• Capital expenditure ownership and management across projects, equipment, and other line items.
• Improve the overall launch process and franchise partner satisfaction with new launches
