About the Role

We are looking to have a full-time Transaction Manager join our team in western Canada! This position can be held hybrid from British Columbia or Alberta and requires an active Real Estate License. 
SUMMARY  
The Transaction Manager is responsible for securing new Telecommunication licenses for assigned portfolio of properties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement. Also renewing licenses for same.
At this position level:
Portfolio is typically low complex, high volume
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  
Performs all aspects of real estate acquisition and renewal activities including but not limited to: Managing all relationships including client, landlord and broker. Acts as primary interface for all transactions matters Researching and real estate properties that align with the client’s real estate strategy and needs Performing market research to understand real estate market ...
