About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Supervisor to join our team at SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.)'s head office in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Training Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and support.
What you'll be doing
Training analysis and design, implementation, evaluation and report generation
Corporate Related Projects implementation and reports
Training Related Administrative work
What we're looking for
Bachelor's/College Degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience as Training Supervisor or 2 to 3 years experience as Training Assistant/Coordinator
Has experience in conducting basic corporate presentation.
Excellent communication skills
