As a Training Supervisor on our teams.
Responsible to Human Resources Management for identifying needs, designing and delivering training; standardizing, maintaining, and improving the orientation process and continuing education programs; designing and implementing organizational consulting processes; ensuring compliance with government regulations, Aptiv's internal policies and procedures; and general administration of the Training area.
In your daily job you will:
