Position Summary

Ensure every Member Services team member is fully prepared to deliver a consistent, high-quality, member-first experience by owning live onboarding, training delivery, and the development of scalable training materials. This role translates operational guidance, QA insights, and real member scenarios into structured learning that drives fast ramp, confidence, and consistency across teams.
