Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for developing the training process for hourly employees, implementing training methodologies, and ensuring the necessary skills for the employees.

The work model for the role is: #L-onsite

This role contributes to the Electrification team in Apocada, Nuevo León. Main stakeholders are hourly employees, department supervisors, HR, subject matter experts, operations teams, and all collaborating to develop and implement effective training programs.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Promotion System: Coordinates internal promotion systems from publishing of new requisitions to candidate selection and communication. Ensures cycle times are met.
