Training Specialist

Overview

The Training Specialist is responsible for leading onboarding and continuous learning initiatives that drive employee success and operational excellence. This role designs, develops, and delivers engaging training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, while maintaining up-to-date learning resources and leveraging data to identify and address skill gaps.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Onboarding & Continuous Learning: Facilitate new hire onboarding and deliver ongoing training to support employee development and performance.
• Curriculum Development & Maintenance: Design, create, and update training curricula and materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage and maintain training content and learner progress within the LMS.
