Training Manager

Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Training Lead to design, plan & conduct customized training initiative for the region.
Conduct on the job training through joint field work & map the effort, impact & identified training needs.
Therapy and Product Training: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs across various therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical products to enhance the sales team's scientific and clinical knowledge.
Develop training modules and presentations on therapy plus products & share the same with respective stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment to product portfolios.
Soft Skills Development: Conduct training sessions focused on selling skills, evidence-based selling, time management, and critical thinking, etc. to equip the sales team with practical and strategic capabilities.
Develop and administer training evaluation to ensure complete understanding of the training contents by the participants.
