About the Role

 
  Job Description 
 Develop and provide client and new hire training to CSRs
 Construct and publish monthly CSR quizzes to measure team knowledge and track learning
 Assist with maintaining CSR knowledgebase (DCFC) as instructed
 
  We are looking for 
  Education:  Bachelors Degree
  Experience:  5 to 10 years
 
  Skills 
 Ability to speak with and relate to a wide variety of personalities
 Capability to work independently
 Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite
 Strong understanding of client processes and programs (if promoted internally)
 Familiarity with HTML & Javascript is an asset
