Overview
The role is to develop the training process, implementing technical training and ensuring the necessary skills for employees. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is part of the Electrification Team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop Promotion Systems such as evaluations creation (theoretical and practical) and evaluations application (practical).
- Follow up for the Competency Certification process, including creation and update of Competency Certification sheets, application of sheets, technical support in certification processes, and Competency Matrix management.
