About the Role
Reporting to the Change & Training Manager, the Training Development Officer plays a pivotal role in the success of the current Project by designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that support the implementation and adoption of the new platform. This role combines instructional design expertise with hands-on training delivery, ensuring that learning solutions are engaging, effective, and aligned with project goals.
