About the Role

One of the global leading motor manufacturer is now seeking Training and Development Professional to join their energetic team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Define the scope and milestone of the development programs and deliver to entire staff
Liase with business units to determine learning objectives, format and outcomes 
Work with regional HR teams to conform different training initiatives and programs in the corporate
Deliver training courses for HK and PRC
Support to develop and launch an e-learning portal
Support the director to develop and roll out training & development programs
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
6 years or above related experience
Strong in Soft Skill training
Track record in design, develop, and deliver Training programs
Experienced in assisting implement e-Learning portal
