Training Development & Life Cycle Support IPT Lead

Position Overview

Training Development and Life Cycle Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead – LVCTS Project (Land Vehicle Crew Training System). Location: Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Salary range: 101,500 CAD – 151,500 CAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of customer representatives, supplier representatives and internal Raytheon functional members.
• Develop and execute the Training Development IPT’s objectives in alignment with contract scope and technical specifications, managing cost, schedule and performance for all deliverables.
• Design and implement the LVCTS Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Maintenance Program.
• Manage the development and on‑time delivery of all ILS artifacts (ILS Plan, Publications, Logistics Support Analysis, System Effectiveness, Configuration Management).
