The EMEA Parts Operations team is seeking a highly organized and personable Training Coordinator to manage the scheduling and organization of our growing portfolio of training programs across EMEA. The coordinator will work with our distributed team of technical trainers, content developers, and project managers to ensure that Tesla delivers high-quality, expertly organized training at multiple training locations and in multiple formats. He or she will be the first point of contact for our Parts employees and should be passionate about communicating with and supporting people from diverse backgrounds and countries. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to flex quickly across multiple priorities, from supporting the training team to interacting with our learners.
