About the Role

Qualifications of a Training Coordinator

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in training, Education, IT, Human resources or any related field in aviation.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, or in a similar role with 1-2+ years of experience.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong skills in MS Office (Word. Powerpoint, Excel) and experience with Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage.

Communication & Organization:

Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal abilities and organizational coordination.

Preferred Skill:

Experience with e-learning tools, and knowledge of training metrics.

Ability to work with a Team and have good attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple assignments
