Overview

What You’ll Do The Employer Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in preparing jobseekers for success with large employer partners. Working in close collaboration with the Employer Services team, and reporting to the Senior Training Coordinator on the Fedcap Canada Learning and Development team, the Employer Training Coordinator will be responsible for building sustainable and impactful employer partnerships that create direct employment routes for jobseekers and enhance work readiness.
