The Role 

The Training & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end successful delivery of both in-person and digital learning programs. The role ensures that all onshore site, and offshore personnel meet rigorous contractual and safety standards through proactive scheduling, data – driven forecasting, and meticulous record management.
