Training Auditor for Broker Experience

Become a Broker Experience Trainer/Auditor in our Edmonton office, responsible for underwriting training and comprehensive audits for broker partners using phiX/phiX+. Enhance compliance and training effectiveness.
In this full-time role, you will directly impact our brokers by providing essential training and auditing portal usage. Reporting to the Manager, Broker Experience, you will develop training materials, ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, and maintain necessary certifications. Collaborate closely with teams to implement improvements based on audit feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update training documentation for brokers
• Conduct audits on portal usage and compliance
• Organize training schedules for internal staff and brokers
• Communicate audit results to underwriting teams
• Manage broker feedback and surveys effectively
