Job Summary

The Training Assistant Manager (Technical Trainer) is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technical training programs to engineers, technicians, and production personnel. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the required technical competencies, process knowledge, and skills to support manufacturing operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical training programs for engineers, technicians, and production staff.
• Conduct classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job technical training related to manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, and technologies.
• Assess training needs in coordination with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
