Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and delivering training programs and project knowledge seminars to support the development of all sales teams. The role also involves actively recruiting and training new in-house sales agents through Sta. Lucia Marketing's social media platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Management Training, Project Knowledge Seminars (PKS), and Sales Clinics for both local and international branches.
- Regularly update training presentations and seminar materials to reflect the most current and relevant information.
- Research and develop comprehensive project briefs for new developments as required.
