Develop and execute training strategy for SAP Commerce Cloud
Conduct role‑based training for business users, IT admins, and support teams
Create training materials: user manuals, SOPs, quick reference guides, videos
Support change management activities for the new cloud platform
Enable knowledge transfer across Company's teams for long‑term self‑sufficiency
Conduct UAT and hypercare enablement sessions
Coordinate with technical teams to align training with solution capabilities Required Skills & Experience
