About the Role
We're looking for a Training Administrator / Planner to work as an integral member of the training team in RNAD Coulport, Helensburgh.

The Training Administrator / Planner is the vital link between RNAD Coulport depot planning and the training department. The role focuses on two key elements:
Planning & De‑confliction – develop the annual Statement of Training Requirement (SOTR) and the resulting Training Plan, to coordinate training with production and operational activities.
Monitoring & Reporting – generate lead‑indicator metrics that expose risks to achieving a suitably qualified and experienced workforce, and maintain accurate, timely training records.
