Sr. Associate - Training

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will help plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs and training related modules designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates and support smooth business operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any four (4) year Human Resource Management or Behavioral courses
• With at least six (6) months to 1 year work experience in the same/similar field
• Highly self-motivated to present and conduct trainings and foster open communication
• Self-confident, high spirit, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite like Excel and presentation tools/platforms such as Canva and PowerPoint
• Must be willing to work onsite in FPIP, Sto. Tomas Batangas
