About the Role
Description
We are looking for a trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that upskill employees, support new hires, and drive continuous performance improvement in partnership with Operations, QA, and Workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and support Nesting to reinforce learning.
- Maintain and update accurate training materials aligned with client and compliance requirements.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to address gaps.
- Conduct evaluations and track training metrics and outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure training readiness and program support.
- Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, and maintain trainer quality standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 1–2 years BPO/contact center experience
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or quality is preferred
