Trainer (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
● Facilitate instructor-led, hands-on training sessions based on assigned learning programs
● Demonstrate practical use cases of Generative AI and automation tools in real workplace scenarios
● Guide learners in designing and applying AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency
● Promote responsible technology use by integrating data privacy and ethical considerations into
training discussions
● Customize and refine training materials to ensure clarity, relevance, and learner engagement
● Track learner participation, progress, and completion throughout the training cycle
● Provide coaching, feedback, and clarification to support different learning styles
● Collaborate with fellow trainers and the training management team to meet learning objectives
