Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Training who will be responsible for delivering end- to-end product training on Newgen’s ECM, BPM, and CCM product suites . The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Presales, Partners, GSIs, and Customers , covering both
functional (sales) and technical aspects of the products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple Sales and Technical training sessions for Partners, GSIs, and Customers (typically 2–3 sessionsper day ).
