Position Purpose
 In essence, a science trainee in chemical manufacturing plant is a learner and a coworker, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of the production process while developing their skills and knowledge.

Strategic Responsibilities
System management related to plant operations
Understanding of organization ISO procedure.
Learning & maintain systems, organization policy, procedure, guidelines.
Understanding & learning of quality management procedure & it’s document.
Ensure record keeping and its utilization for improvements.
