Trainee Planning Engineer

Value Engineering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Planning & Estimation Engineer to join our team. This position is well-suited for fresh Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and technical documentation within a professional engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines using planning tools.
Support the preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
Monitor project progress and update schedules as required.
Assist with material, labor, and cost analysis for current and upcoming projects.
Maintain and organize planning and estimation documents.
Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams to collect required data.
Support senior engineers in tendering, budgeting, and reporting activities.
