My client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Romford, is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent to support both the Lettings and Sales teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes and develop into a successful, multi-skilled Estate Agent.
What's on offer for the successful Trainee Estate Agent: 
Very strong basic up to £25,000
First year OTE £30,000+
Car allowance once working independently.
Salary reviews 
Market-leading training and development as well as ongoing career progression,
Strong individual commission structure
Working hours: full-time position with a 5-day working week, with a day in lieu when working a Saturday
